· Lead external partners through systems of evaluation, reflection, planning, implementation, and monitoring to ensure partners incorporate research-based practices into their reading ecosystems

· Create strategic plans and lead others in strategic planning: analyzing gaps, synthesizing trends, generating priorities and accompanying plans, supporting with implementation and monitoring through on-the-ground and virtual visits

· Facilitate on-the-ground and virtual school visits and reading ecosystem reviews that provide external partners with clarity on the strengths and areas for improvement in their current approach to reading instruction and detailed next steps for moving from good to great

· Coach systems- and school-level leaders on how to create, lead, and maintain a culture of research-based literacy instruction across their systems and schools
